Lantech utilizes a network of over 8,000 engineers nationwide to provide our clients with services ranging from standard next day onsite response to 24 x 7 with a 4 hour response.

Annual Hardware Agreements to include:

  • Help desk support 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
  • Next day onsite parts and repair technician
  • Pre-configured hardware reducing system downtime
  • Access to real-time service call tracking program
  • Service level report generated and e-mailed automatically
  • PKI: design and implementation, secure e-mail deployment, WWW site certificates
  • Assigned account technician for single point of contact
