ranging from standard next day onsite response to 24 x 7
with a 4 hour response.
Annual Hardware Agreements to include:
- Help desk support 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
- Next day onsite parts and repair technician
- Pre-configured hardware reducing system downtime
- Access to real-time service call tracking program
- Service level report generated and e-mailed automatically
- PKI: design and implementation, secure e-mail deployment, WWW
site certificates
- Assigned account technician for single point of contact

- Pre-ship exchange program on peripherals
- Remote system audits to determine configuration (Windows
